Advantages:

Все понравилось, приехали поздно, собственник встретил без проблем. Рядом три сетевых продуктовых магазина. Единственное чего нам не хватило это плотных штор, утром солнце сильно светило (ну это конечно индивидуальное пожелание). А так все отлично, рекомендуем)
